Notary signing agents in Saint Louis, MO

Booking a signing in Saint Louis

A mobile signing agent travels to the borrower — home, office, hospital or a coffee shop — usually within a day or two of receiving the package. For a standard refinance, expect the appointment to take around an hour. Purchase packages with buyer and seller present run longer.

Notary signing agents handle the closing appointment: they print the loan package, verify the signers' identity, walk them through the documents, notarize what requires it, and return the executed package to the title company.

What Saint Louis agents cover

The widest travel radius among the 3 signing agents listed for Saint Louis is 50 miles, so a closing in a neighboring town is often still in range. The closing types they take most often are general notary work, power of attorney, single document / jurat and apostille. 2 of them accept remote online notarization where the lender and state allow it. One of them has five years of signing experience or more.
