I am a Florida Commissioned Notary Public, NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, and Certified Mobile Notary serving Central Florida. I bring more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, including an extensive background as a real estate paralegal. My experience gives me a strong understanding of real estate transactions, loan documents, title documentation, Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and other mortgage-related documents. I understand the importance of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and returning complete signing packages promptly. I am comfortable working with borrowers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, escrow professionals, and signing services, and I strive to provide every signer with a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience. I carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance, maintain the required Florida Notary Bond, and have completed GLBA-compliant background screening. I am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer, scanner, reliable transportation, and the technology necessary to efficiently handle printing, scanbacks, and document return requirements. I previously served as both a traditional Notary Public and Remote Online Notary in New York and am now building my mobile notary and loan signing business throughout Central Florida.
