Covers a large rural area covering Wake, Durham, Person, Granville and Vance counties. I've completed 100 plus loan signings and estate documents. I also provide a home office for individuals needing general notary work. I have completed the E Notary and am awaiting NC SOS to finalize the statewide approved opportunity to participate in E Notarization. As a retired school teacher I have flexibility in scheduling.
