- Close to 1000 closings completed over 6 years - NNA and LSS Certified Signing agent- I have a good understanding of documents and processes within Real Estate, to make it a good signing experience for Clients and Borrowers. - - Closings are confirmed within the first 30 minutes of receiving the appointment confirmation. - I never change the scheduled time with the borrower and only do so upon their request. I always arrive a few minutes prior to the signing to ensure we start on time. - Signers' doubts and questions are answered promptly and to the best of my knowledge. I meticulously go over each document to ensure signatures, dates and initials are completed and filled out. - Signatures on the 1003 and VA applications are never missed and I can guide the borrower through filling out the PCOR. - I have completed 100+ signings including Reverse-mortgages, HELOCS, Purchase and Seller contracts. - Documents are shipped out same day at FedEx Ship center and a UPS Access point located in a 3 mile radius of my residence. - I understand the importance of turn-around-times for processing these time-sensitive documents and I keep you informed throughout the process from Assignment acceptance to Document drop-off. - Quality Scan-backs are sent over promptly - I cover counties of Marion, Hendricks, Johnson, Hamilton and other regions in a 1 hour driving radius.
