I am an experienced Florida Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent serving Broward County and South Palm Beach County. I have been a commissioned Florida Notary since 1999 and bring more than 25 years of notarial experience, professionalism, and attention to detail to every appointment. I am trained and certified through the National Notary Association (NNA), Loan Signing System (LSS), Notary2Pro, and the Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA) program. I am background screened and carry $1,000,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance. I handle a wide variety of real estate transactions, including purchases, seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, investment properties, commercial transactions, hybrid closings, and estate planning document signings. My goal is simple: accurate documents, complete signatures and notarizations, professional communication, and packages returned on time. I carefully review every package before leaving the signing table to help prevent missed signatures, dates, initials, or notarizations. I am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer and mobile scanner and can accommodate print-and-scan assignments, scanbacks, and FedEx or UPS returns. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and I am comfortable working directly with borrowers, title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, and signing services.
