Notary signing agents in Geneva, NY

Booking a signing in Geneva

A mobile signing agent travels to the borrower — home, office, hospital or a coffee shop — usually within a day or two of receiving the package. For a standard refinance, expect the appointment to take around an hour. Purchase packages with buyer and seller present run longer.

New York notaries serve four-year terms and must pass a state exam. Electronic notarization is authorized for registered notaries.
