I’ve been signing loan documents of all varieties since 2000. I’ve been a full-time Certified Signing Agent since 2000 signing countless thousands of loans. I’m a Certified Signing Agent, credentialed through the NNA, Notary2Pro and 123notary.com. My quality performance has earned me “preferred status” with several signing services and title companies. My background screening is through the NNA is up to date and meets the requirements of the largest banks and title companies. On a smaller and more personal scale, I also work closely with my local title companies and banks and value the relationships I’ve forged with them over the years. Personal references will be happily provided. I’m serious about my profession. I’m bonded and carry $1,000,000.00 E & O insurance. I utilize 2 dual tray printers capable of handling the largest sets of docs and last-minute signings. I understand the importance of professional presentation as well as quality work. I take pride in my wardrobe, my car and my personal appearance. Whether in their home or at the branch, I respect your clients and their surroundings. I’m college educated. I graduated with five degrees and maintained a consistent 4.0 GPA. I’m a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society, and am listed on the National Deans List for Scholastic Excellence. I keep my business education up to date with frequent webinars, courses and exams. I have 4 years of management experience. I was also a professional comedy entertainer for 10 years. I’ve worked internationally, including working on cruise ships and corporate events. I know how to match the energy of professional clients, warm up a room, and leave people happy.
